Get Back to Your Roots with Paleo: An Interview with Matt Madeiro

This week we’ve been talking about the Paleo diet. Today I am super excited to share an interview with Matt Madeiro from Three New Leaves. We talk all about going Paleo and how what we eat really impacts our entire lifestyle.

Matt was so nice to help me out when I first started switching my diet over to Paleo and I think you’ll find his insight incredibly helpful and down to earth. So, let’s get to it. There’s also a fun surprise after the interview that you won’t want to miss!

Why I Chose the Paleo Diet to Help Minimize My Butt

Life isn’t always simple, but making food choices can be. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, I’m not a dietician or a fitness guru. I just know what works for me and what doesn’t.

As a homeschooling, work-at-home mom of three kids, I have to keep life as simple as I can. If planning menus and deciding what I can eat isn’t simple, it just doesn’t work for me. Switching to eating Paleo has made life as simple as it can be.

Up and Coming Updates from Minimalist at Home

It’s time for my weekly update on my Minimize Yo Butt progress. Actually, it’s a little past time as this post is going out later than normal today. I thought I would throw in a mini update about this site as well. So here we go!

I have been continuing to eat pretty well and stick to my new Paleo diet. I have had some moments of weakness and I still allow myself to have a “guilt free day” on the weekend. I could probably be making faster progress without those indulgences, but I’m finding myself splurging less and less even when I allow myself to.

Motivation to Minimize Yo Butt with Minimal Exercise

First an apology, you may be reading this post under false pretenses. The title suggests it’s going to be about how to get fit without exerting any effort or getting a sweat on. This is not possible, as we all know.

It’s actually a post about the most minimal form of cardio exercise there is – RUNNING.

Why minimal? Well all you really need is – YOU!
